Seeking Pediatric Emergency Medicine Advanced Practitioner

Join our compassionate hospice inpatient team as a Registered Nurse on the PW Nights Mishawaka unit, earning shift differential pay for night and weekend shifts.

Provide comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans aligned with patient and family goals.

Administer and supervise holistic patient care, manage pain, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Support families through education on illness, care plans, and end-of-life processes, respecting spiritual and cultural beliefs.

Assist with admissions, ensure effective communication during shift changes, and document all care and teaching activities.

Mentor staff, uphold hospice regulations, and demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications include Indiana RN licensure, CPR certification, and preferred hospice or oncology experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
