Seeking an experienced Nurse in a clinical setting to provide independent, routine, and complex patient care while developing contingency management skills.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, administering treatments, documenting patient info, and educating patients and families.

Core competencies involve assessing patient needs, optimizing patient flow, managing unit operations, ensuring safety, and complying with regulations.

Technical skills required: adherence to clinical policies, health information documentation, equipment use, and medical order processing.

Qualifications: BSN preferred, 1+ year experience, RN license, BLS, and certifications like NRP; for experienced nurses, STABLE certification is required within 30 days.

Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time. Must complete orientation and competency validation within specified timelines.
