Clinical Supervisor/Therapist

Seeking a skilled Nurse in Critical Care or similar settings to provide independent, comprehensive patient care aligned with treatment plans and develop contingency management skills.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering medications, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Must demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), minimum 2 years of critical care and another specialty experience (5 years preferred), BLS, ACLS, RN license, with PALS and NRP required at Children’s Hospital.

Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, full-time. The role involves flexibility, unit assignment versatility, and participation in unit operations, patient flow, and safety initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
