General Dentist

The Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals and contingencies.

Demonstrates competency in nursing standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, administering medications, monitoring effects, and documenting care.

Provides patient and family education, assessing learning needs and resources.

Utilizes critical thinking to develop care plans, communicates findings, and evaluates treatment responses.

Manages patient flow, discharge planning, and unit operations, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

Follows clinical policies, maintains accurate health information documentation, and ensures equipment functionality.

Ensures patient safety, participating in quality improvement activities.

Requires a BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Work hours are 7AM-7PM, full-time.
