We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home health services in Spring Hill, TN.

Perform evaluations and treatments based on physician orders, including recommending adaptive equipment.

Develop measurable goals and treatment plans to enhance patient independence and function.

Communicate effectively with the treatment team, patients, and families.

Ensure thorough, timely documentation for billing purposes.

Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care, adhering to state regulations.
