Level Physical Therapist Assistant

This position requires an RN or LVN license; non-licensed individuals will be rejected.

Provide care for low to high acuity pediatric patients in a home setting, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Offer compassionate nursing services, including assessment, treatment, health counseling, and parental education.
