Clinician (Centerville)

We are hiring both new grads and experienced RNs for a 38-bed advanced care pulmonary unit in a level 1 trauma center.

Patient population includes COPD, pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, edema, influenza, and diabetic ketoacidosis.

Learn to operate equipment such as telemetry, tracheotomy, chest tubes, high flow oxygen, chronic ventilators, BIPAP, and drips.

The RN partners with patients and families, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support, while promoting safety, professionalism, and autonomy.

Utilizes evidence-based nursing processes to care for a diverse caseload and collaborates with the inter-professional team.

Minimum education is an associate degree in nursing; BSN preferred. RNs with 2+ years of acute care can forgo the BSN with certification agreement.

Must hold a valid Ohio RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, multitasking, and computer skills.
