Class A CDL Solo & Team OTR Drivers: Sign-On Bonus Texarkana TX

Experienced RN responsible for independent nursing care in a clinical setting, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

Provides routine and complex patient care, assesses needs, and develops individualized plans.

Administers medications, monitors treatments, and documents patient information accurately.

Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs, educating patients and families.

Demonstrates leadership by managing unit operations, patient flow, and staffing needs.

Ensures safety, quality care, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Maintains clinical competencies, documentation standards, and equipment readiness.

Requires RN license, BLS, and certifications such as NRP, ACLS, and Fetal Monitoring; experience in perinatal care preferred.

Shift is 7PM-7AM, full-time position.
