Shuttle Driver Doubles - DOT (CDL-A)

We seek dedicated RN/LPN team members to enhance seniors' well-being through prescribed medical and personal care, supporting individual care plans and following physician orders.

Responsibilities include medication administration, patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting care accurately.

Supervise Med Aides, educate elders on medication self-administration, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams.

Must communicate effectively, interpret non-verbal cues, and respond calmly to emergencies.

Require physical stamina, ability to perform transfers, and pass a 50-pound strength test.

Qualifications include a valid RN/LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of experience preferred.
