Provide home and community-based early intervention services to infants and toddlers at risk for developmental delays.
Collaborate with families to develop individualized, culturally sensitive plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
Conduct assessments, deliver direct therapy, and act as a service coordinator to monitor progress.
Maintain documentation, participate in team assessments, and support families in advocating for their children.
Requirements include MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, strong communication skills, and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus.
