Responsible for assessing patients, creating care plans, and delivering quality nursing care to diverse age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
Provides supervision to LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, potentially serving as charge nurse.
Develops, reviews, and updates nursing care plans; implements and evaluates patient interventions.
Educates patients and families, acts as preceptor, and promotes effective communication within the care team.
Utilizes critical thinking, adheres to safety standards, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations.
Maintains accurate documentation, processes medical orders, and manages patient safety and unit operations.
Requires a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS certification, and 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Full-time position with schedule to be determined.
