Executive Chef 2

Role Overview:

Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Holy Family Hospital located in Metheun, MA. In this role you will work mostly day time hours Monday-Friday, but will need the flexibility to work as the manager on duty for rotating weekends. In this role you will assist with patient meal experience in this 200 bed community hospital.

What You'll Do:

lead a team of hourly employees to support all patient food service needs

implement and standardize all culinary systems and procedures for the hospital

maintain food and health & safety logs within Sodexo and hospital guidelines and requirements

provide direction to all front line associates

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
