RN opportunity in Critical Care at CNRVMC in Christiansburg, VA with a $15K sign-on bonus for experienced RNs.

Deliver compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care across all ages in a collaborative team setting.

Perform age-specific assessments, develop and evaluate care plans, and adjust treatments based on patient needs.

Accurately administer medications and treatments, documenting via electronic medical records (EPIC).

Requirements include an accredited nursing education, VA RN licensure or eligibility, CPR (additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed), and computer proficiency.
