Key Responsibilities
-Process and review employee timesheets for accuracy and compliance
-Manage payroll deductions and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing
-Administer employee benefits enrollment and respond to related inquiries
-Coordinate department transfers and maintain updated HR records
-Conduct engaging new hire orientations
-Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for HR and payroll reporting
-Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is preferred, but not required
Qualifications
-Previous experience in an HR generalist or payroll-focused role
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related Office tools
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus (UKG preferred)
