Machine Operator

Acloche has immediate openings for a Machine Operator in Delaware!

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor machines in a manufacturing environment

Set up machines according to specifications

Read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Use hand tools and precision measuring instruments to assemble and fabricate products

Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices

Ensure machines are running smoothly and adjust as needed.

Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting preferred

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations

Familiarity with hand tools and precision measuring instruments

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks

Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Must be able to lift overhead on a regular basis 30 lbs. Material sizes are awkward. Ex: 125 L x 60 W flat panels lifting over your head.

The warehouse is HOT, not temperature control.

Hours- Monday-Friday 6am-4: 30pm and 6am-noon on Saturday.
