Personal Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Proactively manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including but not limited to auto, home, and umbrella policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Provide personalized and responsive customer service, including handling inquiries, policy changes, and claims assistance.

Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process policy endorsements, and ensure accurate policy documentation.

Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements to provide informed advice to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Proficiency in insurance agency management systems and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
