Salary range $75K to $85K, commensurate with experience
Greater Worcester Community Foundation is seeking a process and operations-oriented Technology & Administration Coordinator to ensure our team has the tools and processes to operate at peak efficiency. In this important role, you will manage our technology tools and service providers and collaborate with staff, and consultants to deliver productivity tools that drive our mission forward. Your proactive approach, expertise with technology and data tools, and people skills will help empower our team, streamline operations, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Technology & Administration Coordinator Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
2–4 years of relevant technology and administration experience in a business or nonprofit setting
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook
Experience researching and implementing practical technology solutions to improve productivity and communication
Ability to manage software and data initiatives, with a focus on security and risk management
Clear communicator who can translate technical ideas for non-technical colleagues
Project management experience, especially in guiding small teams or cross-functional groups
Experience designing and delivering user-friendly training
Comfortable working operationally and welcoming administrative opportunities where needed

Technology & Administration Coordinator Job Responsibilities
Champion Technology: Oversee and collaborate with our managed service provider (MSP), ensuring our technology supports daily operations, staff productivity, and company goals
ERP & Data Administration: As part of our Finance and Administration team, help manage data and reporting within our cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Security & Compliance: Maintain, train and monitor IT security policy compliance, coordinate audits, and ensure best practices are followed
Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with colleagues across all departments, as well as external partners, to address technology needs and improvements
Process Improvement: Lead and support ongoing enhancements to our technology and business processes, making things easier and more efficient
Training & Support: Deliver practical training sessions for staff on hardware, software, databases, and IT security; be the go-to person for everyday tech questions
Project Leadership: Guide small-scale IT projects from idea to completion, focusing on practical results and user adoption
