Service Technician

We are looking for a Service Technician - Medium Voltage to inspect, commission and maintain the medium-voltage installations/medium-voltage substations for projects such as large solar parks.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will be part of a team that aims to provide excellent service to customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You provide technical service support to high-voltage installations and are in regular contact with fellow service technicians, installation managers, planners, project managers, grid operators, horticultural associations, infrastructure companies and service coordinators.

Your duties and responsibilities include:

Impact: No working installations without maintenance. That is why you carry out service and maintenance work and test, inspect and commission (new) electrical installations and components.

Craftsmanship: You stay alert and discover malfunctions and defects of various kinds. You solve these professionally, replacing or repairing parts if necessary. You will carry out work and measurements and report to the low and medium voltage installations in accordance with NEN 3140/3840.

Cooperation: You check and monitor the quality of our products and coordinate activities and responsibilities on location.

Requirements:

Making contact with customers is easy for you and you always have a representative attitude. You like to work independently, take responsibility quickly and strive for the best result. Do you encounter malfunctions or problems? Then you stay calm and solve it professionally. Furthermore, you are or have:

An MBO 4 diploma in Electrical Engineering

Proven experience in a similar, customer-facing role.

Knowledge or do you have a Stipel certificate Installation Responsible/Work Responsible NEN 3140/3840.

Command of the Dutch and English language.

Independent, flexible, communicative and accurate.

Driving license B

VCA VOL diploma
