About the role:

My client is seeking a Test & Automation Engineering Team Lead to spearhead the development of End-of-Line (EOL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing systems, enhance production automation, and define effective test strategies. This role will involve leading software development initiatives, ensuring high code quality, and implementing robust testing frameworks that align with manufacturing and quality objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, extensive experience in test strategy development, and a keen understanding of hardware systems.
