Position Overview:

As a Data Infrastructure Manager specializing in Azure, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing the data infrastructure. This position requires a deep understanding of Azure services, DevOps practices, and platform engineering to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our data systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and management of data infrastructure solutions on the Azure platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of data infrastructure into our overall technology stack.

Implement and optimize DevOps practices to automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.

Oversee the development and implementation of platform engineering best practices for data-related services.

Ensure high availability, security, and performance of data infrastructure components.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Infrastructure Manager or similar role.

In-depth knowledge of Azure services, with a focus on data-related offerings (Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, etc.).

Strong background in DevOps practices and tools, with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Expertise in platform engineering, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.

Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance standards.

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
