Educated to degree level (or with equivalent professional experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, the ideal candidate will have substantial experience leading and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions in complex, multi-disciplinary environments. We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, including advanced proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and the Microsoft Power Platform, alongside proven leadership of cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a track record of aligning technology with business goals are essential.
Candidates who also hold Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform will be particularly desirable, as will those with experience integrating CRM with Finance, HR, ticketing, or membership systems. Experience with Azure DevOps, complex system integration projects, and an understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) would be advantageous. Adaptability, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for using technology to drive meaningful impact will be key to success in this role.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.
The salary for this position is £59,550 - £69,343 per annum, depending on skills and experience [Band F7]
