General Description:
S.A.F.E. Management is the new event services provider at NRG Park for Event Staff roles for Houston Texans Games, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, and other NRG Park events. Our Interviewer position will assist with the following:
Assist administratively during interview and training sessions
Conduct interviews for qualified event security and guest services candidates
Make hiring decisions based on candidate's responses and presentation
Explain detailed objectives and procedures to interviewees
Explain detailed training procedures to interviewed candidates
Other duties as needed

Requirements:
Applicants must have availability based on interview schedule. Detailed schedule to be announced, likely to be hosting interviews daily for 6-8 hours.
Candidates must be dependable and display excellent communication skills
Candidates must be energetic, guest friendly and possess a good judgment of character
Previous interview experience is required
Due to the nature of our business and the demands of the position, below is a list of tasks that may be required of you: Stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs, work outside in all elements, depending on your position, be assigned a post, which may not give you a view of the sports game, concert, or event, work on evenings, weekends and holidays, work late night events or longer than typical work shifts, and deal with disorderly or impaired guests.
Reccomended Qualifications:
State of Texas Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer License (or willingness to obtain said license).
Job Types: Part-time, pay rate of $16.00 - $19.00 per hour.
