Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop project management framework and standards for strategic initiatives for Enterprise Compliance Programs that will shape and drive excellence and delivery across Risk and Compliance.

* Identify and implement processes, methods, tools, guidelines and standards, driving adoption of these processes, and methodologies across the Compliance organization.

* Ensure Regulatory Agencies have the right level of information through establishment of strong processes and procedures around tracking of regulatory correspondence, exams and inquiries.

* Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement and provide meaningful reports and recommendations.

* Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the three lines of defense, including the relevant risk segments to ensure a more integrated approach to Risk and Compliance matters.

* Conduct training sessions for employees to ensure they understand compliance requirements and best practices.

Required Skills: * Strong understanding of and proven success building program governance across Compliance pillars.

* Ability to analyze various compliance problems or regulations and develop effective solutions and actions.

* Strong influencing, facilitation, and communication skills.

Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.

* Strong writing skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts and translate into effective presentations to external regulators and Senior Executives.

* Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives at once.

Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task productively and collaboratively with keen attention to detail.

* Experience in project management with excellent organizational, follow-up and time management skills.

* Intermediate to advanced PC skills for Microsoft Office -- PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.

Required Experience: * Bachelor's degree in related field and minimum of 5 years of compliance related work in Financial Services industry.

Preferred Experience: * Master's degree or J.D.

CRCM Certification or CAMS.
