Customer Service Rep About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is sorting mail, incoming packages; processing outgoing mail / packages; shipping/receiving Essential Job Responsibilities: * Sorting Mail / Processing Outgoing Mail and packages * Prioritize work tasks based on processing schedules and client expectations, ensuring timely completion.

* Troubleshoot issues as needed, escalating issues to manager when necessary.

* Maintain a high level of safety awareness and promptly report potential hazards to supervisors.

* Adhere to security and privacy policies, standards, and guidelines to protect company and customer information.

* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in task execution.

* Engage in repetitive motion activities such as twisting, bending, climbing, and lifting, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent.

* Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.

* Capability to stand, walk, grasp, reach with hands and arms, sit, talk, or hear as required by job duties.

* Close vision and ability to focus are necessary for performing tasks accurately.

* Familiar with shipping system (FedEx) * Ability to engage in repetitive motion activities * Previous experience with Excel / Outlook "The pay range for this position starts at $16.50/hr.; however, base salary offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
