Summary
Brick and Timber (the "Company") is seeking an Administrator, Utilities to support our rapidly growing team. The Administrator, Utilities will be responsible for executing all activities related to and in conjunction with ESG reporting, energy benchmarking, utilities billing and usage, internet, and other related forms of record keeping and data management. The ideal candidate must be well versed in data entry, communications, and project management.

Primary Responsibilities
Work in a small and efficient team to onboard and transition utility accounts into our name, including, but not limited to, PGE, SFPUC, Recology, and AT&T
Work with 3rd Party ESG reporting companies, such as Deepki and Brightpower
Communicate with the utility companies through phone calls, email and web portals, often simultaneously
Act as the first point of contact for utilities for external and internal parties • Fact-check and ensure quality control of completed work before passing it along to the next stage
Investigate missing information and maintain continuous and clear communication with your direct supervisor and the other members of your team
Audit and maintain Monda.com board workflows
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
At least 2 years of data entry experience required
Proficiency in Excel required; Experience with Yardi a plus
Experience with business-utilities support strongly preferred, such as PGE, Recology, and SFPUC
Experience with Monday.com strongly preferred
Experience with ESG reporting, especially ESPM and PGE BMP, strongly preferred
2+ years of project management experience preferred
2+ years of phone support or similar business-to-vendor phone experience, preferred
2+ years of project management experience, preferred
