Job Title: Accounting Supervisor
Location: Crum Lynne, PA

Pay: $45/hour - $50/hour
Job Description:
This position plays a critical role within the Accounting team, responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of weekly payments. The successful candidate will manage and support two accounting team members while collaborating closely with leadership to meet audit deadlines and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain grower accounts in internal accounting systems
Review and approve vendor and invoices with proper coding
Input planting data and update records in internal databases
Identify and correct discrepancies in product receipts
Process weekly grower payment requests and liaise with Treasury
Coordinate assessment payments with appropriate documentation for regulatory boards
Prepare advance requests and handle payment documentation
Generate and distribute periodic payment reports
Contribute to cross-functional projects and process improvements
Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Lead and support a team of two accounting staff
Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in accounting roles within mid-to-large companies
Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial data analysis
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Bachelor’s degree required (any field)
