Process Engineer

The TRG Growth Practice is currently working with one of our top manufacturing clients for a High Impact Manufacturing Process Engineer to join one of their largest growth sites in North America.

Based in the DFW area.

We need a proven Continuous Improvement professional that has a strong background in: process development, lean six sigma tools, root cause analysis, and operator development / training.

This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys a blend of Leadership, Process Planning, and Lean Policy Deployment.

The ideal candidate will be metrics driven, dedicated to driving bottom-line growth for our client.

This will be a high visibility point of entry role, with multi-site responsibility.

Likely will set someone up for greater technical and operational responsibility long-term.

Great stepping stone role for future Plant Manager prospect!
