We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Program Manager to join our team and play a critical role in driving the success of our production program portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Supporting the production portfolio to achieve 100% on-time delivery across all contract milestones

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, factory, program, and supply chain stakeholders to drive program success

Developing and implementing cost reduction and affordability initiatives to minimize costs and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)

Proactively managing budgets and overseeing Control Account Management (CAM) responsibilities to ensure effective resource allocation and cost controlThis key role will be instrumental in driving our organization's objectives and ensuring the long-term success of our production programs.

Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

4-6 years work experience or equivalent experience.

Experience within a factory, supply chain or equivalent

Experience with regard to EVMS and Cost Account Management.

Excellent program/project management skills.

Business and financial acumen, with proven ability to manage scope and budget.

Preferred Skills and Education
