LOGISTICS TEAM LEAD

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: (Includes the following, but not limited to)

Prepare shipments for shipping

Ensuring packages are properly packages

Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods

Manage and coordinate shipping schedules

Load trucks and prepare shipments for delivery

Unload and inspect incoming deliveries

Maintain accurate inventory records

Ensure accurate stock locations in the shipping warehouse

Maintain shipping warehouse in an organized and safe manner

Coordinates with Purchasing & Logistic Manager to ensure an uninterrupted production schedule and minimize stock lack

Manage the order process procedure using SAP

Participate in inventory procedures

Coordinate intercompany inquiries, complaints, and support with internal stakeholders who support our interface

Work closely with Operations on pre-shipment activities, including but not limited to import/export documentation

Work experience requirements:

Strong leadership, organizational, problem solving

Ability to meet challenging deadlines in an efficient and profitable manner

Strong Excel knowledge

Strong analytical mindset

Ability to recommend proper procedures for specific jobs and provide guidance to the men

Minimal SAP Experience

Position Type/Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Typically shift hours can be from 7/9am to 4/6pm, hours can be modified at any given time as best fits work demand. Overtime can be expected and required based on the needs of Production.

This job operates in a Warehouse environment
