Responsible for providing clinical treatment to children in agency programs, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to clients' cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Develop and implement treatment plans, complete clinical documentation, and perform case management activities such as team meetings, updates to psychiatrists, and communication with staff and families.
Participate in transition planning with the child and family team, including discharge planning addressing ongoing therapy, psychiatric, educational, and crisis needs.
On-call duties once weekly and every fourth weekend, with additional pay.
Perform other treatment, administrative, or supervisory duties as assigned.

Salary varies based on education, licensure, and experience, with licensed therapists earning $90,396.80 - $115,710.40/year, and unlicensed starting at $79,892.80 - $102,273.60/year.
