Speech Pathologist

Seeking a part-time RN Nurse Manager (24 hrs/wk, 7:00pm-7:30am) for a life plan community serving older adults in the Quaker tradition.

Responsible for overseeing nursing care in the Stephens Care Center, providing leadership in the absence of administration.

Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervises nursing staff, and supports residents, families, and staff.

Reviews and implements care plans, assigns residents to care teams, and reports staffing needs to the Director of Nursing.

Must have an Ohio nursing license, at least one year of professional nursing experience, and preferred SNF or AL experience.

Requires good communication, computer skills, and leadership qualities such as innovation, loyalty, and teamwork.
