Class A CDL - Refined Fuel Driver

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs in their homes, assisted living, or independent living settings.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating illnesses, managing diagnostics, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications required are an active NP license, board certification, DEA license, MSN degree, and at least two years of NP experience. Strong communication, time management, and proficiency with EMR and medical equipment are essential.
