RN Case Manager

Provides supervised patient care following established standards, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

Performs basic lab procedures and assists with medication administration and immunizations as ordered.

Supports patient flow, answers phones, schedules tests, documents patient information, and assists with medication refills.

Maintains exam rooms, cleans equipment, orders supplies, and ensures sterile techniques and universal protocols are followed.

Completes clerical duties such as chart management and routine forms, and participates in meetings and training.

Requirements include LVN license (state or compact), BLS certification, and adherence to competency standards.

This is a full-time position focused on providing quality clinic support under supervision.
