The SUD Family Group Facilitator leads structured family therapy sessions to support recovery from substance use disorders.

Facilitates discussions on addiction, recovery, and family dynamics using evidence-based methods.

Coordinates scheduling with clients, families, and staff to ensure participation.

Maintains accurate documentation in the EHR, adhering to confidentiality standards.

Utilizes active listening and conflict resolution to promote healthy communication.

Participates in supervision, training, and staff meetings to stay current in best practices.

Requires a Bachelor's degree, experience with families impacted by SUD, and Kentucky licensure or CADC preferred.
