Utilizes the nursing process, ensures patient safety, and complies with healthcare regulations.
Core competencies involve patient assessment, flow management, unit operations, and quality care practices.
Technical skills include adherence to clinical policies, health information documentation, equipment use, medical order processing, and chart interpretation.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
Schedule varies; full-time, 12-week contract, 3 shifts/week, 7P-7A.
