The RN provides independent, comprehensive nursing care in a similar clinical setting, demonstrating clinical awareness and managing contingencies.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Utilizes the nursing process, ensures patient safety, and complies with healthcare regulations.

Core competencies involve patient assessment, flow management, unit operations, and quality care practices.

Technical skills include adherence to clinical policies, health information documentation, equipment use, medical order processing, and chart interpretation.

Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
