The RN Med-Surg position involves assessing patient status, providing care for medical and surgical diagnoses, implementing interventions, and developing care plans to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the care team, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and maintaining a safe environment.

Requires a diploma or associate degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), RN licensure, BLS certification, and relevant experience in similar units or long-term care.
