CDL A Test Driver

Seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in Sedro-Woolley, WA.

Enjoy a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires and shift differentials of $2/hr (evening) and $3/hr (night), starting pay at $35/hr.

Provide patient-centered care focused on promoting residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Monitor, report, and respond to changes in patient conditions while supervising CNAs and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Must have graduated from an accredited LPN program, hold an active license in good standing, and preferably have 1+ year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification required.

Must demonstrate decision-making skills, deliver quality care, and provide excellent customer service.
