Sr Phlebotomy Technician II

Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to lead Clinical Services in a 90-bed psychiatric facility in Bakersfield, CA.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing policies, ensuring high-quality patient care, and managing day-to-day operations.

Supervises case management and psychotherapeutic services for inpatient and outpatient populations, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.

Requires a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field, with at least 3 years of experience, including 1+ year in behavioral healthcare, and a valid CA LCSW license.

Must demonstrate exceptional leadership, crisis intervention skills, and a passion for compassionate care.
