LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse

This role involves providing patient care under supervision, including vital signs, specimen collection, and assisting with examinations and procedures.

Performs basic lab procedures and helps manage patient flow and communication.

Administers medications and immunizations as ordered, cleans and restocks exam rooms, and maintains equipment following protocols.

Handles clerical tasks such as charting, filing, scheduling tests, and documenting patient information.

Supports provider with medication refills and patient calls, and attends required training.

Requires a valid LPN license, BLS certification, and competency in routine clinical and clerical duties.
