Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employment.

Provide quality nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Monitor and report patient condition changes, and supervise CNAs through instruction and delegation.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure in the state, and CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation).

Preferred candidates will have at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
