Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) +

As a registered nurse, you will consistently deliver high-quality care and excellent customer service, demonstrating respect, dignity, kindness, and empathy in every interaction with patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.

You will assume primary responsibility for coordinating and providing individualized, age-specific care across all patient ages.

Utilize delegation and critical thinking skills within a team-oriented, collaborative environment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Conduct assessments, develop, implement, and evaluate care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and families.

Accurately administer and document treatments and medications using electronic medical records systems.

Requirements include a nursing degree from an accredited program, Virginia RN licensure or eligibility, CPR and other certifications as needed, and proficiency in electronic medical records.

Successful completion of orientation and competency assessments is required. The role offers a full-time day/evening schedule with occasional Saturdays and minimal holidays.
