Optometrist

This Nurse Extern position offers a student nurse the opportunity to gain hands-on experience under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, focusing on nursing processes and practices.

Responsibilities include participating in educational sessions, job shadowing, and assisting with patient care, potentially serving in a Nurse Assistant role as approved.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, enrollment in an accredited nursing program (4th-year student from a 4-year college or 3rd & 4th-semester student from a 2-year college), prior patient care experience through fundamentals classes, and CPR certification (American Heart Association).

This is a Per Diem, as-needed position.
