CDL A Bench Truck Driver - Home Daily

Seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Aitkin, MN, working in SNF/LTC settings.

Offering a starting pay of $2,000/week with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, with no weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff, evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and maintaining records per HIPAA.

Qualifications include a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, valid licensure or eligibility, CPR certification, and ability to pass a background check. Experience in long-term care is preferred but new grads are welcome.
