Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients to facilitate recovery, pain management, and mobility.

Develop and adjust care plans, set functional goals, and educate patients on treatment and home exercises.

Supervise aides, monitor progress, and ensure optimal outcomes.

Address pain management, document accurately, and discharge patients appropriately.

Maintain productivity and participate in research and policy development.

Stay current on research, attend CEUs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy, valid license.
