Responsible for assessing patients, developing and updating care plans, and providing safe, evidence-based nursing care to diverse patient populations including pediatric, adult, and geriatric groups.
Supervises LVN/LPNs, nursing assistants, and clerical staff, possibly serving as charge nurse.
Develops comprehensive care plans, implements interventions, and evaluates patient responses.
Provides patient education, acts as a role model and preceptor, and ensures effective communication and confidentiality.
Utilizes critical thinking to assess needs, coordinate patient flow, and maintain unit operations.
Ensures safety, compliance with regulations, and quality care through documentation and adherence to policies.
Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 6 months to 1 year of RN experience. Full-time position with flexible schedule.
