The Team Lead ensures children’s clinical needs are met through a multidisciplinary approach, fostering staff engagement and teamwork in a 24-hour inpatient complex medical care program for children, teens, and young adults with complex needs.

Schedule: Flexible night shift, 40 hours/week, 6pm-6am.

Responsibilities include overseeing care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, mentoring staff, managing performance, maintaining regulatory standards, and providing direct care as needed.

Requirements: 2+ years pediatric or complex medical nursing experience, valid RN or LPN license in Iowa, CPR/BLS certification, and effective communication skills.
