7/7 On-Call RN: Salaried

Seeking Respiratory Care Practitioner for a critical access hospital providing medical, surgical, ICU, outpatient, and emergency services to a 110,000 population across 6 counties.

Under supervision, evaluates, treats, and manages patients of all ages with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions, participating in clinical decision-making, patient education, and documentation.

Responsibilities include initiating and updating care plans, administering therapies, responding to emergencies, monitoring patient responses, ensuring safety and infection control, and communicating effectively with team members and patients.

Requires associate degree or higher in Respiratory Care, North Carolina licensure, RRT or registry eligibility, and BLS certification. ACLS and PALS/NRP certifications needed within 6 months if applicable.

0-3 years of experience preferred, with ongoing education and adherence to safety standards.
