Now offering a $10K sign-on bonus, this nursing role involves providing independent, comprehensive care on a 27-bed cardiac medical-surgical telemetry unit.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, assessing patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and educating patients and families.

Requires adherence to clinical standards, patient safety, quality improvement, and effective communication within the healthcare team.

Core competencies focus on clinical judgment, patient flow, unit operations, and regulatory compliance.

Technical skills include health information documentation, medical equipment management, and interpreting patient charts.

Qualifications: RN license (state or compact), BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), EKG within 90 days; preferred BSN and 1-year experience.

Work schedule varies; full-time position.
