Outpatient Therapist (Mobile Response)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in assisted living environments.

Ensure residents' daily needs and activities are met with kindness and professionalism.

Build strong relationships with residents and support staff, guiding CNAs and RAs.

Administer medications, monitor health, and update records to maintain safety and quality care.

Participate in team training and assist in maintaining a secure, respectful environment.

Requirements include a current LPN license, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Ideal candidates have a caring attitude, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
