Ophthalmic Technician

This LPN role focuses on enhancing residents' quality of life by providing prescribed medical treatments and personal care within scope of practice.

Responsibilities include following physician orders, administering medications, evaluating health status, documenting accurately, supervising Med Aides, and assisting with care plans.

The role involves leadership, training, emergency response (including CPR), and collaboration with families, coworkers, and management.

Must maintain licensure, CPR certification, and adhere to safety, infection control, and confidentiality policies.

Work involves indoor facility tasks with exposure to medical and environmental hazards, requiring physical stamina and strength.

Qualifications include LPN licensure, successful completion of LPN coursework, preferably 6 months experience, and good communication skills.
